FNB Namibia is recruiting a Vendor Management Consultant, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To asses vendor resources as well as expertise and provide management with regular reporting regarding the health of the vendor portfolio
Duties
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Administer new contracts, pricing and reviews
- Resolve Vendor disputes and operational issues
- Assist Sourcing Team Leader to source suppliers in line with Group standards
- Engage with vendors to ensure that the most cost-effective benefits are derived for the bank and maintained in line with SLA’s
- Identify and utilize opportunities to assess and improve own performance
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilization of work-related resources
Requisites
- Minimum Qualification:
- Relevant Business Management Diploma
- Experience:
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience specializing in vendor management and business analysis
