FNB Namibia is recruiting a Transactional Banking Business Lead, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To provide direction and leadership in the identification and implementation of new discretionary product house offerings
  • To formulate tactical strategy and associated delivery plans for the Commercial Segment to ensure sustainable growth of the business
  • To provide support in the attainment of the new business and the retention of existing business as part of the sales retention and acquisition strategy
Duties
  • Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Achieve market share growth by optimising revenue opportunities through existing clients or by acquiring new clients
  • Create end-to-end value propositions that include current and new product and solution sets, pricing, service and channel delivery models that meet current and anticipated future client needs
  • Provide input and guidance on pricing as part of the solution Management of the product life cycle
Requisites
  • Postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Economics
  • 5 years financial experience with at least 3 years management experience
