Description
- To perform all assigned administrative tasks related to NamPost training and organisational development
Duties
- Training records and statistics
- Coordination of internal and external training workshops
- Administration of bursaries and study loans
- Office administration
- Secretarial duties
Requisites
- Educational and Experience:
- A Grade 12 with 2 (two) years relevant administrative experience
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of Labour Act
- Ability to work independently
- Computer Literacy
- Accuracy
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Computer Literate
- Personality Requirements:
