Old Mutual is recruiting a Temporary Administrator (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Managing queries relevant to the project
- Update and prepare various documents focusing on the correctness of all tasks
- Managing schedule/diary relevant to project
- Providing the department with support in relation to correspondence with service providers, arranging appointments and bookings relevant to the project
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
- Maintaining professional internal and external relationships
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders relevant to the project
Requisites
- Namibian citizenship
- Matriculation (a secretarial/office administration diploma would be preferred)
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to generate own correspondence and documents
- Ability to liaise at all levels and deal with clients
- Be able to work under pressure and multi-task
