NamPharm is recruiting a Telemarketer, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- The incumbent carries out duties related to the Telemarketer and Order Execution procedures and he/she is responsible to maintain a disciplined working environment and adhere to Nampharm’s specific Culture and Leadership Principles
Duties
- These include the following (other duties may be assigned)
- Visit Clients for face-to-face meetings
- Promote Nampharm tools to clients
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- To log customer service query on Lila
- Selling of products to clients telephonically
- Provide product information to customers
- To promote Nampharm to the customers
- Communicate deals and specials to clients
- Handling of basic customer complaints: Windhoek & Outside Windhoek
- Forward serious customer complaints to the Supervisor/ Sales Manager
- Planning of weekly and Saturday working schedules
- To take Telemarketers meeting minutes
- Quotations / Recordkeeping
- Compassionate Clearance/Specialty products requests
- Processing of Staff & Rep Orders
- Daily processing & handling of invoice ordering schedules
- Assist with all other Telemarketers and Order Executing duties, in accordance with competency level, as requested by the Telemarketer Supervisor
- Check items on back-order monthly and delete all back-orders older than 4 months as well as duplicate backorders
- Process courier claims
- Log of RFC’s
- Work to achieve departmental KPI’s
- Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
- The Employee is responsible to comply with Nampharm’s Quality Management System (QMS) and the maintenance thereof. Failure to adhere to this requirement, resulting in significant non-compliances being noted, may lead to disciplinary action being instituted by Nampharm against The Employee
Requisites
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience and qualifications in the Pharmaceutical Wholesale Industry will be advantageous
- A Pharmacist Assistant qualification is essential
- Fluently speaking in Oshiwambo and English is essential, Afrikaans will be an advantage
- Grade 12 certificate compulsory
- Exceptional telephone skills are essential for this position
