Bidvest is recruiting a Tele sales Consultant (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Achieve monthly sales targets and set goals
- Build customer relations
- Achieve budget GP% as per branch budget
- Liaising with customers and promoting the range of products
- Focus on specific areas and work towards predetermined call ratio
- Prospecting quotes and invoicing customers
- Promote the range products by phoning new and existing customers
- Grow customer base
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure clients receive excellent service
- Proper record keeping of all purchases, and related documents
- Manage time effectively
- Plan weekly and monthly activities
Requisites
- Grade 12
- Good numeric skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Sales related accreditation an advantage
- Sale/tele sales experience or sales environment
- Diploma is Sales is an advantage
