Coca Cola Beverages Africa is recruiting a Technical Trainer, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Coca-Cola Namibia Bottling Company require the services of a Technical Trainer, reporting to the Country Manufacturing Manager
- The Technical Trainer will be required to effectively and proactively plan, control, Train and evaluate frontline employees’ development in Manufacturing and Logistics, in line with Organizational requirements
- Work closely with the L&D community to contribute to the manufacturing frontline development budgeting and reporting process
Duties
- Conduct training needs analyses
- Source and maintain relevant training material and learning programmes
- Coordinate technical training workshops
- Present training
- Conduct practical and theoretical assessments
- Training administration
- Liaise with external Service providers on training requirements and standards
- Control expenses within training budget
- Report any deviations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training by conducting post-training evaluation
- Support employees to do e-learning of applicable plant-related modules
Requisites
- Formally qualified Mechanical and/or Electrical artisan
- Certificate or Diploma in Occupation-directed ETD Practice
- Minimum of three (3) years training and development facilitation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum five (5) years engineering experience
- SAP experience and being a trained, registered assessor, will be advantageous
