FNB Namibia is recruiting a Technical Team Leader, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To provide expert advice and support in practice formulation and associated best practice improvements
- Responsible for leading and developing a team of technical resources that provide operational project and technical support
Duties
- Lead the design, deployment and deployment of scalable automation solutions in adherence to industry best practice.
- Implement efficient workflow solutions to streamline business process, leveraging from automation tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Prioritize resource allocation to minimize and reduce wastage while producing measurable improvements in operational efficiencies
- Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solution design and development
- Ensure resolution of stakeholder queries and complaints timeously and ownership of issues
- Build relationships that allow for the managing of expectations; the sharing of knowledge and diverse insights; and the creation of buy-in
- Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and to provide work support
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, policy, standard, framework and governance requirements in area of accountability
- Research, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology and platform enablement
- Review existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimize redundancy
Requisites
- Have a computer science degree
- Have 5 years experience in a similar environment
