Description
- To ensure effective installation, configuration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and maintenance of operating system software and hardware
Duties
- Install, configure, upgrade, and administer monitoring and maintenance of operating system software and hardware
- Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives, and relevant industry practices. Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Ensure Software Maintenance and Customization are done
- Ensure the System Administrators provisions an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting, and updating of all related information
- Do analysis and change system batch schedules on request
- Management of VMware Vcenter Environment
- Management and maintenance Of IBM \Lenovo Storage Systems
- Management and maintain of Veeam Backup and replication
- Management and Maintenance of Site recovery Manager (SRM)
- Manage and Maintain the Redhat Linux operating systems
Requisites
- Have a Degree in Information Systems or related Qualification
- VMware Certified Professional Certification
- Have a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar environment
