Agribank is recruiting a Switchboard Operator (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To provide a full spectrum of switchboard at Head Office, to ensure that callers are satisfied with provided services
- Switchboard/Telephone Answering Services
- Enquiries & Queries Services
- Switchboard Records
- Call Messages and Follow-ups
- Support Services to Agribank
- Staff Telephone Accounts Administration
- Telephone System and Services Administration
- Front Office Control
Requisites
- Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Grade 12 or any relevant qualification would be an advantage
- At least 2 years’ experience in a reception/switchboard role
- Frontline and listening skills, telephone etiquette, and attention to detail, customer service
