SSD Custodian (m/f)

Description

• To load, maintain and replenish a number of ATM/ADT devices within the SSD area and undertake the routine maintenance of these devices

Duties

• Systematically manage ATM/ADT differences in the branch. Monitored monthly but measured annually against relevant system
• Identify and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs
• Adhere to standards and procedures to reduce costs
• Identify process improvements to save costs
• Provide operational support related to activities and initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and profitability of an area of work
• Actively drive sales across product and campaign Initiatives
• Contribute to client service delivery culture through adherence to approved organizational service delivery principles
• Resolve customer dissatisfaction/complaints by taking ownership of the problem
• Deliver exceptional service adhering to relevant SLA agreements and offering appropriate solutions
• Remain accountable for your own work in accordance with the organizational values and code of ethics
• Comply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards and escalate problems for investigation and resolution
• Identify and escalate risk as normal part of work
• Deliver work in an accurate manner to ensure consistent results
• Draw on knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that leads to improved service delivery and quality
• Achieve ATM and ATD availability as per target agreed
• Provide feedback on the performance of vendors servicing SSD devices and sites
• Conduct monthly cash and alarm checks on ATM/ADT devices to ensure that all ATM/ADT failures and site inefficiencies are reported immediately and ensure that strict SSD cleanliness standards are adhered to
• Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer by providing first line support and after hours support on a 7-day standby week according required Service Level Agreements

Requisites

• Minimum Qualification : Grade 12
• Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar environment
