Agribank is recruiting a SSC & Conveyancing Administrator (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Agribank specializes in financing the entire value chain from land acquisition, production inputs, harvesting, transporting, processing, and marketing of the products at competitive interest rates

- Purpose of the Position: To administrate the security and safe custody and conveyancing process for Agribank, ensuring compliance to all regulations
Duties
- Bond registrations/conveyancing preparations, submissions & maintenance
- Collateral capturing
- Securities change and additional preparations/assistance
- Loan and bond cancellation
- Enquiries and SSC database updates
- Follow-ups and reconciliations
- Provide guidance and assist internal staff
Requisites
- Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Administration, Commercial Law and Financial Accounting
- 3 years’ work experience in an Administration, conveyancing, banking, preferably in a legal administration environment
- SAP system knowledge/Competency in Word Office Suite
