Agribank is recruiting a SSC & Conveyancing Administrator (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • Agribank specializes in financing the entire value chain from land acquisition, production inputs, harvesting, transporting, processing, and marketing of the products at competitive interest rates
  • Interested candidates with relevant qualifications and experience are hereby invited to apply for the following position
  • Purpose of the Position: To administrate the security and safe custody and conveyancing process for Agribank, ensuring compliance to all regulations
Duties
  • Bond registrations/conveyancing preparations, submissions & maintenance
  • Collateral capturing
  • Securities change and additional preparations/assistance
  • Loan and bond cancellation
  • Enquiries and SSC database updates
  • Follow-ups and reconciliations
  • Provide guidance and assist internal staff
Requisites
  • Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Administration, Commercial Law and Financial Accounting
  • 3 years’ work experience in an Administration, conveyancing, banking, preferably in a legal administration environment
  • SAP system knowledge/Competency in Word Office Suite
