Standard Bank is recruiting a Specialist, Investor Relations (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To ensure analysis of financial results and contribute to messaging for internal and external parties. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in and around the IR (Investor Relations) function. Investor Relations benchmarking and competitor analysis
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders (i.e., Local & International
- Investors and Fund Managers and Internal Management)
- Analyses local and global competitors financial reports and presentations and broker reports, identify relevant financial and non-financial information, summarize and present complex matters in understandable/ digestible manner to provide feedback to relevant internal parties (Exco, Board etc.)
- Assist in the preparation for Year end, Interim & Analyst day process & conferences/meetings
- Assist with all aspects relating to the annual budgeting, revised estimates, forecasts and actual results processes
- Compile, present and interpret all financial results and financial statements for all entities in the group
Requisites
- NQF Level 7 qualification equivalent to a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting
- Honors Degree in Finance and Accounting
- CA (NAM) or (SA)
- 3 years Financial Accounting
- 5 years Investor Relations
