Description
- To provide administrative services to clients by attending to transactional, lending and investment needs to achieve Nedbank's strategic focus to become a client-centric bank
Duties
- Support the Relationship Manager in maintaining and growing an existing Staff Banking client portfolio
- Marketing bank’s products and services to existing as well as prospective clients
- Effective management of credit risk
- Assist the RM in Meeting agreed upon sales targets
- Providing superior client services and enhancing the bank’s relationship banking concept
- Marketing of the Bank’s products and services to existing as well as prospective clients
- Deliver world class benchmarked customer service
- Compilation and maintenance of action plans to increase banking sales
- Meeting Exceed monthly set targets
- Marketing of the various bank’s products
- Ad hoc duties
Requisites
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level:
- Diploma
- Preferred Qualification:
- Banking Services (example, Higher Certificate in Banking Services - NQF5)
- Minimum Experience Level:
- Grade 12 (25 points) original certified, a Diploma in business/ banking related studies
- A degree will be an advantage
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years in a client relationship role in a banking industry
