- Responsible for Management of Administration Hub function (Personal and Commercial), and client service of Personal and and claims department
- Management and Overseeing of Endorsements
- Management and Overseeing of Renewals
- Management and overseeing of New Business processes
- Management and overseeing of Unpaid Debit Orders & Cancellations processes
- Management and overseeing of Client Queries and Complaints
- Managing and Overseeing Processing of Claims (Reporting staff)
- Management and Monitoring of Claims
- Management and Overseeing of Finalization of Claims
- Management of Recoveries & Third Party Approaches
- Overseeing and Handling of Client Queries and Complaints
- Ex Gratia Claims
- Accounting
- People Management
- Management Reporting
- Supervisory Functions
- Management and overseeing of General functions
Requisites
- Grade 12 and a relevant diploma/degree
- Minimum of 5 Years short-term insurance related experience
- Introductory Programme in Short-Term Insurance
- Meeting Regulatory Requirement
- MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Proficiency in English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve disputes, complaints and conflicts
- Good communication skills
- Be well versed in the relevant policy wordings
- Working knowledge of relevant insurer system
- Advanced knowledge of CRM
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Drive leads and service targets
- Call Centre control and reporting
- Budget and expenses
- Management of employees
