PWC Namibia is recruiting a Senior Associate - Country Senior Partner, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.

- You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements

Duties

- Coordinate the Country Senior Partner's (CSP) calendar, appointments and telephone calls
- Provide administrative support to the CSP in terms of staff or clients; engagements and meetings
- Booking of boardrooms and arranging coffee/tea as required
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the CSP and staff as required
- Preparation of presentations for CSP meetings
- Filling and safe administration
- Making copies, scanning, faxing and shredding
- Delivering of documents to clients with the company pool car if required
- Reception duties
- Assist with any other related ad-hoc requests from the CSP or staff
Requisites
- Must be a Namibian Citizen
- Must have a degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or related
- 7 - 10 years work experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills required
- Must be able to meet deadlines, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Must be able to work independently within a team environment
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office products/Google suite
