Sales Business Analyst

Description

• Reporting to the Executive: Sales, the Sales Business Analyst will determine sales potential and ways to enhance sales performance and contribute to the organization’s growth strategy

Duties

• Support sales strategy using internal data along with market and competitor insights
• Drive sales initiatives in support of sales volume, value and market share goals
• Support development of customer business plans with sales analytics and data
• Support overall category execution defining the long and short-term growth opportunities
• Use internal data along with market and competitor research to drive sales strategy
• Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies
• Support day to day commercial relationship with Principals
• Examine sales reports to identify sales patterns and areas of improvement for projections
• Use marketing data and research to identify target markets in order to maintain the company’s competitive advantage
• Assess the budget to guide investments in marketing and promotions
• Prepare reports and presentations for executives and other company leaders on market performance, competitor research, and general sales trends
• Liaise on all agency and trading goods between Principals and Bokomo Namibia

Requisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Relevant certification as a Sales Analyst
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role
• Excellent development of sales reports
• Excellent application of quantitative analysis and logical reasoning
• High proven skill on Tableau, BI and Power BI will be an advantage
• SAP experience required
• Excel certification on advance level required
