Description
- To increase Nedbank Namibia client base by selling financial service products and services to clients to achieve Nedbank's strategic goals – Sales
- Actively engaging with despondent customers to win them back - Retention
Duties
- Exceptional Telephone sales skills
- Update clients on Products as well as bank related changes
- Understanding of the Nedbank Namibia’s products
- Compile Sales tracker, Update and Review
- Ability to identify leads/sales as well as cross-selling opportunities
- Achieve Targets (Monthly/Weekly/Daily)
- Customer update and feedback
- Attend to customers queries/complaints and provide feedback
- Prepare letters of application and submit applications through CDE
- Dormant Account Activations
- Customer Retention
- Adhoc duties
- Planning and organizing
- Sound experience in all aspects of Telephone sales
- Understanding of Retail Banking (products, processes systems)
- Must be customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-confident, and be able to work independently
Requisites
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level:
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Diploma
- Minimum Experience Level:
- Minimum of 1 (One) year experience in the Banking Industry
