PWC Namibia is recruiting a Risk Management Administrator (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Duties
  • Completion of Client Take-On/FIA/Acceptance procedures on information systems
  • Drafting and submission of Authorisation for Services (AFS) for approval
  • Completion of A&C Client Acceptances & Engagement Acceptances as required
  • Requesting ARIC reports on entities and shareholders/directors
  • Responsible to consult with staff/clients regarding information required
  • Updating of client information on relevant information systems (e.g. Oracle, Greatsoft, etc.)
  • Ensure PEP/SEC/SECRAC Consultations with local R&Q team
  • Execution of Independence searches including CES Searches, EMW Searches, Oracle Searches, A&C Searches, etc
  • Opening of assignments on Tax Manager Database/AoDocs Database
  • Drafting Statement of Works (SOW) and Master Agreements (MA) where required
Requisites
  • Must be a Namibian Citizen
  • Must have Grade 12
  • A related qualification will be an added advantage, but is not a requirement
  • 1 - 2 years work experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must be able to meet deadlines, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Must be able to work independently within a team environment
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft office products/Google suite
