NAMFISA is recruiting a Regulatory Analyst Conduct and Compliance, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To receive and process all new applications from regulated entities, monitor compliance, conduct onsite and off-site inspections and to accurately capture data received from regulated entities

Duties
- Applications (i.e. Adjustment in the PI cover, Exemptions/Dispensations extensions etc.)
- Compliance Enforcement compliance (penalties, fines, assess compliance
- Data management (Data analysis and data management (Statistical update, data capturing, general administration, financial returns, financial information, analysis of complaints statistics, analysis of open source/media conduct of business data)
- On-site Inspections and Off-site supervision (Analysis of returns)
- Stakeholder engagement
- Innovation
Requisites
- Qualifications & Experience:
- National Diploma in Business Administration / Administration / Accounting / Economics / Finance
- Or
- Diploma in Law or Equivalent law qualification
- One (1) year administration experience
- Knowledge of:
- NAMFISA’s mission, vision, objectives, functions, processes and systems
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Industry business knowledge and understanding
