FNB Namibia is recruiting a Regional Manager Commercial, to be based in Otjiwarongo, Namibia.
Description
- To create and deliver on area sales portfolio growth strategy and manage the internal and external auditing process within area of responsibility to ensure credit is extended in a responsible manner in achievement of business objectives
Duties
- Translate business strategy into actionable goals and execute relevant projects and initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress and ensure
- Achieve market share and revenue target by growing assets; liabilities and non-interest revenue from existing clients and by acquiring new clients
- Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
- Identify opportunities to expand customer base with potentially profitable customers
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
Requisites
- Have a Honors Degree
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior management level
