FNB Namibia is recruiting a Receptionist (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To receive visitors to the organization, determining their needs and directing them accordingly
- Identify and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs
- Adhere to standards and procedures to reduce costs
- Identify process improvements to save costs
- Deliver a quality service through meeting agreed turnaround times, and ensuring availability, reliability and accuracy
- Ensure first time resolution of relevant customer queries or escalations in accordance with operational goals and standards enhance the customer experience
- Follow up on queries handed over to other parties or areas to ensure delivery on agreed timelines and SLAs
- Propose improvements on internal processes that impacts service levels and customer satisfaction within area of accountability
- Remain accountable for your own work in accordance with the organizational values and code of ethics
- Comply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards and escalate problems for investigation and resolution
- Identify and escalate risk as normal part of work
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them in an appropriate and professional manner
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals
- Maintain applicable security and telecommunications system
- Address customer queries effectively by referring them to the correct contact person
- Display a high level of telephone etiquette when answering phones
- Direct visitors correctly by maintaining employee and department directories
- Maintain security by following procedures when issuing visitor cards
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Requisites
- Minimum qualification : Grade 12
- Experience: 1 to 2 Years related experience
