FNB Namibia is recruiting a Quality Assurer (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To facilitate quality delivery and ensure adherence to quality standards across various FNB segments. To ensure implementation of identified quality methodologies and improvement initiatives
- Manage costs/expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members
- Provide support and act as a feedback channel for quality issues and to communicate quality initiatives to all business units
- Facilitate quality delivery across the various teams by monitoring quality adherence and compliance to quality standards and ensure implementation of identified quality methodologies and improvement initiatives
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements by managing and preparing all Audits, follow up and finalization of all audit exceptions for the business units
- Deploy quality management tools in the business and control application and effect
- Provide ongoing intelligence on customers and competitors using internal and external data sources i.e. monitor surveys etc. and offer input into market analysis and segmentation
- Assist in aligning processes in the business and ensure that this is in line with customers’ expectations by identifying possible risks in the area and come up with suitable action plans to ensure there are no loop holes in the process
Requisites
- Grade 12 and or relevant tertiary qualification
- 1 to 3 Years related experience
- Computer literacy
