- Osino Resources is a Canadian-listed gold exploration and development company focused on progressing our exciting Twin Hills Gold Project to mine construction
- Twin Hills is located near Karibib in central Namibia and is in the project financing stage. Initial site works are expected to commence late in 2023 and full construction in 2024
- To help shape and lead the Twin Hills Gold Project construction, Osino is offering the following unique opportunities to suitably qualified industry experts
Duties
- Reporting to Osino’s CEO, the successful candidate will lead and manage all aspects of the Twin Hills project implementation
- He/she will have successfully built and lead gold mine construction project teams that delivered on time and within budget, meeting the highest standards of quality, safety and environmental performance
- The successful candidate will be a proven mine builder with extensive gold processing plant study and execution experience
Requisites
- Demonstrated leadership skills and implementation mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 15 - 20 years of management experience in large-scale mining feasibility and construction
- Full responsibility for all aspects of project delivery including administration, document & project control, staff planning & recruitment, engineering, supply chain management, construction monitoring, review, reporting and pre-commissioning
- Recruitment of the owner’s project team and management of all EPCM and other key consultants
- Building and maintaining a strong HSSEC culture
- Ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures
