- Primary purpose of position
- To timely procure the correct goods and services for NamPost at the
best quality, and price, and ensure compliance with the procurement
policy
Duties
- Develop NamPost’s Annual Procurement Plan
- Implement and ensure compliance to NamPost Procurement policy
- Procurement Advisory Services
- Manage Procurement Administration
- Coordinate the Procurement Committee Functions
- Stakeholder Management (internal and external)
- Manage Procurement Division staff
Requisites
- Educational and experience requirements
- Accredited B degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or
Logistics
- 5 years’ experience in supply chain management and / or
procurement management environment of which 2 years at
supervisory level
- Skills and Personality requirements:
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Computer Literate
