Hartlief is hiring a Practitioner Employee Engagement & Culture, in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To plan, coordinate and drive implementation of various activities aligned to the O&L Group Culture and Employee Engagement Strategies across Hartlief and Farmers Meat Market to support and create a wholistic meaningful employment experience
Duties
- Execution of Culture & EE (E-Experience) Strategy execution
- Provide input into EE & Culture strategy formulation as per Group Strategy, including Hartlief Strategy
- Drive Employee Engagement activities
- Coordinate and administer logistical and other arrangements related Employee Engagement activities as directed by Hartlief and Group Culture & Employee Engagement
- Develop effective journey map program and relevant initiatives for Hartlief(pre-date of engagement and key milestones during the employment journey period)
- Compile monthly report on Culture & EE interventions conducted
- Measure and track impact of initiatives
- Explore innovative ways of effective employee communication
- Drive and implement Employee Wellness initiatives, campaigns communicated by the Group Employee Health & Wellness department
Requisites
- Diploma in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Communications and Employee Engagement
- MS Office proficient
- Knowledge of the Principles of Culture & Engagement
- Valid Code B Drivers License
