Duties
- To manage the treatment plants, technical support services and infrastructure in order to achieve the optimal availability, utilization and performance of resources of the mine with the aim of maximizing shareholder value in alignment with Namdeb’s 2050 vision
Requisites
- Tertiary qualification in a Chemical, Metallurgical Engineering or Extractive Metallurgy degree
- Code 08 driver's license is required
- Eight years of relevant Plant experience of which a minimum of 3 years at APS level
- Dynamic individual with the ability to think strategically, great investigating, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Should be able to work with interdisciplinary teams, be able to build partnerships, negotiate and network
- Results driven with the ability to make a sustainable business impact
- Innovation and process improvement experience
- Visible inspirational leadership
- Experience in budgeting & cost control
