Description
- To perform all administrative duties relating to the Managing Director including managing the diary, processing documentation, bookings, receiving quests, and prioritizing telephone calls as well as arrange travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings. The incumbent will also be responsible for preparing agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media, and the public
Duties
- Provide Administrative Support to the MD
- Arrange International and Domestic Travel
- Arrange CSR and Corporate Events
- Perform Corporate Communications
Requisites
- Diploma in Office Management or Business Administration
- A minimum of 4 years secretarial experience
