People and Talent Lead

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Talent lead to join our team
• The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in Talent management, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record in handling complex Talent operations
• The People and Talent Lead will be responsible for developing and executing Talent strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization

Duties

• Strategic Talent leadership - develop and implement Talent and People strategies
• Training and development and promote continuous learning and development opportunities
• Organizational development -Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
• Staffing and Budget Development - Develop annual Talent staffing budgets in collaboration with Work Leads
• Workforce forecasting - Analyse current workforce data and trends to predict future staffing needs
• Health and Safety - Oversee the development, implementation, and management of the company's health and safety programs

Requisites

• Skills and Qualifications:
• BA in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Extensive experience in talent management roles, preferably in diverse and dynamic environments
• Proficiency in labor law and up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience:
• Proven Talent and People experience across multiple industries including maritime
• Experience managing Talent and People operations for large teams and handling complex Talents challenges
• Strong background in training, employee wellness, and safety programs
