Momentum Metropolitan is recruiting a Payroll Consultant, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- The Payroll consultant will be responsible for all payroll processes, management of employee data, ensuring the accuracy of salaries, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time
- Coordinate efforts between Human Capital Consulting, Learning and Development, Payroll Accounting and other departments
Duties
- Responsible for the preparations and processing of monthly payroll
- Benefit Administration across the group Indoor Staff payroll
- Preparation of Payroll working Papers for monthly balancing (Compile, coordinate and present monthly working papers)
- Prepare and submit the registration and termination of all employee's benefits on Payroll and Benefit Funds
- Maintain payroll database with updates and status changes, tax withholdings and benefit deductions
- Maintain an excellent level of customer service to colleagues
- Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information
- Maintaining employee
- Providing administrative assistance to the accounting
Requisites
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or Human Resources (Strong requirement)
- Grade 12 with 25 points
- 3 years working experience in payroll or within the group
- Skills can be trained but attitude is forever
