Payroll Consultant

Description

• The Payroll consultant will be responsible for all payroll processes, management of employee data, ensuring the accuracy of salaries, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time
• Coordinate efforts between Human Capital Consulting, Learning and Development, Payroll Accounting and other departments

Duties

• Responsible for the preparations and processing of monthly payroll
• Benefit Administration across the group Indoor Staff payroll
• Preparation of Payroll working Papers for monthly balancing (Compile, coordinate and present monthly working papers)
• Prepare and submit the registration and termination of all employee's benefits on Payroll and Benefit Funds
• Maintain payroll database with updates and status changes, tax withholdings and benefit deductions
• Maintain an excellent level of customer service to colleagues
• Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information
• Maintaining employee
• Providing administrative assistance to the accounting

Requisites

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or Human Resources (Strong requirement)
• Grade 12 with 25 points
• 3 years working experience in payroll or within the group
• Skills can be trained but attitude is forever
