FNB Namibia is recruiting a Payment System Analyst, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To ensure multiple platform stability and provide technical support to queries, incidents and problems relating to a range of stakeholders and interbank payments in the National Payment System and troubleshoot associated issues to find resolution to manage stakeholder expectations
Duties
- Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes
- Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to organizational values and service standards
- User Acceptance Management and Monitoring
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME s, project managers and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements
- Understanding of the ISO 20022 standards and Nampay solutions will be an added advantage
Requisites
- Have a relevant diploma or degree
- Have 5 years' experience in a similar environment with 2 – 3 years' experience in a position
