MVA is recruiting an Organizational Development Officer (Patterson C3) (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- The successful candidate will manage the organizational development interventions and programmes within the Fund such as training and development interventions, performance management, change and talent management
Duties
- Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of staff learning and development interventions and implement skills
audit plan
- Monitor expenditure and produce report against talent development
- Collect and analyze training data to identify competency gaps, administer return on investment (training)
- Provide expert advice to line managers & staff on learning & development
- Support Senior OD Officer in the delivery of the Fund’s Strategy and improvement initiatives linking together people, processes and systems
- Support the delivery of culture change projects to build on employee and organizational performance across the business
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement in OD activities, services and policies
- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of individual development plans,Coordinate implementation of performance reviews and guide SMART target setting, Administer internal bursaries and scholarship schemes
- Maintain database of all talent development interventions and coordinate with National Training Authority
Requisites
- Competencies and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience in organizational development environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Presentations skills. Good Analytical skills
- Code B driver’s license
