- The incumbent will be responsible for Human Capital functions such as Succession Management, Job Profiling & Evaluation, Performance Management, Psychometric Assessments, implementing and evaluation of OD Interventions

Requisites
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology or a relevant qualification with a major in Psychology (NQF Level 7)
- A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in Organizational Development
- Knowledge of Peromnes Grading system
- Strong background of Performance Management System
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factors will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Electrical Supply Industry environment will be an advantage
