  • The incumbent will be responsible for Human Capital functions such as Succession Management, Job Profiling & Evaluation, Performance Management, Psychometric Assessments, implementing and evaluation of OD Interventions

Requisites
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology or a relevant qualification with a major in Psychology (NQF Level 7)
  • A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in Organizational Development
  • Knowledge of Peromnes Grading system
  • Strong background of Performance Management System
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factors will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Electrical Supply Industry environment will be an advantage
