- Coca-Cola Beverages Africa- Namibia requires the services of an Order Entry Clerk, Reporting to the Senior Order Entry Clerk. The order clerk will be required to Order Entry on SAP
- Monitoring SABCOMOBILE Portal
- Timekeeping for all permanent employees
Duties
- Order Entry on SAP
- Monitoring SABCOMOBILE Portal
- Timekeeping for all permanent employees
- Leave & Overtime Processing
- Handle customer/consumer complaints
- Maintain Office Automation
- General filling
- Capture trade returns
- Capturing of free case deals
Requisites
- Grade 12
- Kronos experience will be a definite advantage
- Written & oral ability of English
- Excellent planning, organizing, communication and attention to detail skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
- SAP experience will be a definite advantage
