Old Mutual is recruiting a Operations Specialist, in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Facilitating of Business IT project initiatives
- Provide IT Training on implemented Business IT projects
- Maintain Business IT System Accesses
- New Business Product development aligned to the Business Plan and Strategy
- Perform User Acceptance, Staging and Production Tests in the Business systems
- Perform Ad-hoc/Monthly/Quarterly IT & Operations related reporting to Management
- Identifying, Tracking, Analyzing and Reporting Business fraud cases
- Analysing of Data in excel and creating of Databases (Programming) for the Business
- Conduct Market intelligence & provide recommendation to the Management
- Maintain and update of the Business Complaints System, Tracking, Analysing and Reporting of Customer numbers, Customer Complaints & Compliments
- Responsible for Business Market Conduct compliance and reporting
- Maintain Business Continuity Plans
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support to the Credit & Operations, Collections & Sales Team
- Collaborate effectively to achieve personal and business wide results
- Performing of Ad-hoc Activities as instructed by Management
Requisites
- Namibian Citizenship
- Advanced Diploma in, Banking, Finance, Credit, IT administration and Office Management Qualification
- Degree in Economics, Finance, IT administration or Business Administration/Management will be an advantage
- 1 - 3 years Banking, Credit, Finance, Project Management or IT administration experience
- Computer literate
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Above average numerical ability
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Strong team player
