Pick N Pay is recruiting an Officer Loss Prevention (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To manage and control security operations and external security services, manage access control and stock loss control procedures
- Manage Security Management Plan
- Developing, implementing, and manage security and loss control procedures
- Perform risk assessments on physical security
- Develop action plans from the risk assessments
- Conduct regular field inspections to verify site is being operated in compliance to Security Standards and best practice, company policy and procedures
- Identify exposure and opportunities in Security and ensures that direct subordinates have the necessary resources and training to minimize incidents
- Conducts inspections and audits on all Security related fields
- Provide technical specialist support and advice on technical installations including intruder detection and video surveillance capabilities
- Implement, Manage and Maintain effective CCTV, Access Control and Loss prevention procedures to minimize losses and incidents
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on security incidents and performance
Requisites
- At Least 5 Years In Security Operations Management With Warehousing & Retail Security
- Higher Education/Certificate In Security Related Field
- Security Investigation Experience
