PWC Namibia is recruiting an Office Administrator - Service Delivery Centre (Assurance), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.

Duties
- Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner
- Share and collaborate effectively with others
- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
- Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly
- Follow risk management and compliance procedures
- Keep up-to-date with developments in area of specialism
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce
- Build and maintain an internal and external network
- Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
- Booking of boardrooms and arranging coffee /tea
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the Staff and Partners
- Filling and safe administration
- Making copies, scanning, faxing and shredding
- Delivering of documents to clients with pool car if necessary
- Reception duties
- Arrange meetings internal and external
- Co-ordinate the partners diary, appointments and telephone calls
- Provide administrative support to the Assurance team and Partners
- Assist with any other related ad-hoc requests from Manager and Partner
Requisites
- Must be a Namibian Citizen
- Must have grade 12
- A valid driver’s license will be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a pressurised and stressful environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
