• To facilitate and administer the processes of job analysis, job description writing, Job Evaluation and Grading and to implement the organizational development interventions in order to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness
• Paterson Grading Level: C3

Duties

• Job analysis and job description writing
• Job evaluation and grading
• OD interventions and training
• Administrative duties

Requisites

• Degree in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Psychology
• Four years’ general human resources experience
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Company’s operations and the inter-links of all line and cross functions as well as job, analysis, job evaluation and grading processes and training needs analysis
• Analytical skills, training, and facilitation skills, job writing skills, good communication skills (written and verbal) personal relations, evaluation, problem solving, change management and computer literacy
• Self-starting initiatives, assertive ness, persistence and consistency, ability to work with wide variety of people, independent and time management
