City of Windhoek is recruiting a Occupational Wellness Practitioner, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To coordinate and implement the Employee Wellness Programmes and assist with the Sports and Recreation activities that contributes to and maintains healthy and productive employees in the workplace to attain organisational objectives
- This job aims to maintain optimal professional occupational wellness services and standards to employees and the organisation with the aim of influencing and facilitating behavioural change and ensuring compliance to the legal, ethical and moral obligations thereby safeguarding the wellbeing of employees and promoting a conducive and positive working environment
Requisites
- Bachelors Degree: Social Work/Psychology and or Industrial Social Work or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in employee wellness
- Registration with the National Health Professional Council of Namibia and a valid code B/BE driver’s license
