Description
- To be responsible for the safe, continuous and economical receipt, storage and distribution of goods
Duties
- Create solutions to meet customer demands and deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Manage operational budgets, forecast & control expenditure
- Manage business unit Risk, Compliance & Quality control diligently
- Manage stakeholders, build working relationships and enhance cross functional collaboration
- Facilitate and innovate Business process improvement Strategies
- Drive operational efficiencies and delivery of superior quality customer experiences and monitor workflow outputs
- Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives & execution of strategy to achieve operational excellence
Requisites
- Relevant Degree
- Have 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar environment of which 1 – 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level
