Transunion is recruiting a Namibia Account Executive (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties

As the primary client contact, with strong expertise in identifying CBIs, you will work with clients to understand CBI's and position TU as partner to jointly solve problems
- Develops sales strategies to grow revenue from existing and new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain short and long term account management plans
- Facilitate ideation and white boarding sessions with clients to optimize share shift opportunities
- Consistently shares newsworthy insights about the market, educating clients on new issues and outcomes
- Focus is on selling value and ensuring clients business cases are accurate for implementation
- Understand competitor awareness to maximize penetration in markets held by the competition and foster partnerships with new and existing customers
- Understand clients’ financials to co-create effective strategies to identify opportunities.
Understands TU workflow and value chain, understand internal client delivery processes in order to ensure client satisfaction
- You will work closely with Product, Analytics, Sales and other departments to influence product strategy and roadmap to best support client account initiatives
- Maintains all customer records in Salesforce CRM database
- Develops and manages a 30 day forecast and 60-90-120 day pipeline within CRM
- Provides weekly and monthly forecasts to management
- Keep abreast of key client issues and the broader market including legislation
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requisites
- Degree or Diploma will proven solution selling experience within the financial sector
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in a consultative selling context and business development
- Demonstrated sales experience in selling data driven solutions
- Proven experience in developing and implementing key account plans
- Eagerness to learn complex solutions to enable successful development of sales opportunities
- Must be well organized with excellent negotiating skills, combined with superior oral and written communication skills, with a temperament to aggressively represent, persuade others and negotiate in the best interests of the company
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying due dates and requirements
- PC literacy – Microsoft – specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Team player skills
