Description
- To provide a relief function for Teller, Collections Consultants and Cash Migration Official in an efficient and effective manner to ensure the smooth running of functional areas
Duties
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
- Execute business operations during relief periods that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information
Requisites
- Have a Grade 12 Certificate
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar environment
