Description

• To help organization acquire merchants and maintain POS utilisation which enhances revenue and makes assets sweats and returns on investments Responsible for technical specialist who in turn are directly responsible for cashiers or operators and also responsible for lead generation

Duties

• Resolve customer dissatisfaction/complaints by taking ownership of the problem Act
• Deliver exceptional service adhering to relevant SLA agreements and offering appropriate solutions
• Ensure first time resolution of relevant customer queries or escalations in accordance with operational goals and standards enhance the customer experience
• Follow up on queries handed over to other parties or areas to ensure delivery on agreed timeline
• Adhere to standards and procedures to reduce costs Identify process improvements to save costs

Requisites

• Have a Relevant Degree
• 1 to 3 years experience in a similar environment
