FNB Namibia is recruiting a Merchant Custodian, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To provide customers with appropriate self-service banking solutions, service and support through effective sales and migration of clients to alternative channels
Duties
- Provide after sale service and continuous support to the FNB Namibia partner merchants
- Contribute to migration of transaction volumes and values from FNB branches and ATMs through increased performance and service usage at the merchant acquiring and alternative channels merchants
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence that builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service
- Effectively plan and schedule activities to continuously improve quality and service delivery
- Provide an administration service that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information
Requisites
- Have a Grade 12 Certificate
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar environment
