NamPharm is recruiting a Marketing Manager, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • The incumbent is responsible for managing the marketing department, retention and maintenance of his/her client list as allocated by the CSO
  • This includes all activities as described in the Sales Goal plan and departmental processes
Duties
  • These include the following; however other duties may be assigned by the -CSO from time to time as operationally required
  • Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing strategies with Nampharm Marketers as well as managing the marketing department
  • The Marketing Manager must ensure that marketing strategies reach predetermined targets
  • The Marketing Manager must ensure the most effective marketing skills and strategies are used amongst the Marketers, to achieve the sales targets
  • Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing and promoting the Company's brand
  • Perform visits to your allocated client list as per visiting cycle
  • The Marketing Manager is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of his/her client calls and visits
  • The Marketing Manager should continuously measure the need in the market and adjust the marketing strategies accordingly
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies and industry standards in all interaction with clients. The Marketing Manager should maintain accurate records of client interactions and report potential compliance issues or concerns
  • Ensure Company projects are effectively implemented into the market with predetermined success targets per project
  • The Marketing Manager will be required to provide training to clients on the Nampharm tools and Nampharm products
  • The Marketing Manager will aid in the process of managing Company sponsorships and conference events
  • Marketing Manager will be responsible for compiling and planning social media posts, with the assistance of relevant departments
Requisites
  • To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must have the following knowledge, skill, and/or ability
  • Grade 12 is compulsory
  • Three years degree/diploma, preferably sales or marketing
  • At least 10 years’ experience in marketing or related fields
  • Valid driver's license code B
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Knowledge of appropriate industry regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Should have excellent writing skills, communication skills, and presentation skills
  • Language skills: English and Afrikaans
  • Leadership skills. Be decisive, able to give directions and to guide others, and exceptional time management skills
