Hartlief is recruiting a Manager Strategic Planning and Support (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To lead and control the planning and organizing of financial functions of all Hartlief divisions with regards to budgeting, cost centre control support as well as decision support in project planning and budgeting
Duties
- HL Long term Strategy Formulation – enabling the creation of sustainable value in accordance with Hartlief Vision 2025
- HL Strategy implementation – aligning the organization’s resources and success factors to build a sustainable organization
- Cost Management – driving the effective and efficient use of organizational resources through the application of appropriate tools and systems
- Revenue Management – managing the revenue stream, using internal and external sources of information, in order to achieve the organization’s chosen value proposition
- Functional Support to Marketing, Sales and Supply
- Profit and Performance Management
- Financial resource management – setting financial objectives and managing financial resources
- Financial Risk Management
- Play a lead role within the Finance Leadership Team – helping shape the annual agenda
- Decision support on Project Management and Implementation
- Lead, coach and support various teams
Requisites
- Qualified Chartered Accountant/Relevant 4 Year Degree in Finance, Economics Chartered/Financial Analyst with at least 8 years audit or financial management experience, which should include at least 3 years at middle to senior management level
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in an FMCG industry
- SAP System experience and meat industry knowledge is an added advantage
