Hartlief is recruiting a Manager: Sales Job (m/f), to be based in Oshakati, Namibia.
Duties
- To train, control, motivate and lead a sales team to exceed rate of Sales drivers and performance targets in both retail and distributor outlets. Consequently, to that, to proactively negotiate, coordinate, plan and implement sales brand activities according to the Sales strategy in order to serve customers
Key Outputs
- Implement and manage Sales strategy in line with operational and strategic goals and objectives
- Ensure that all Sales Representatives’ activities are in line with HL Sales Agenda.
Maintain optimized assets
- Increase and implement profitability and volume growth targets by optimizing assets and following up on Sales Representatives activities
- Formulate action plans and drive execution of RSPs
- Manage, implement and maintain Hartlief quality standards
- Achieve planned coverage and call frequency
- Execute HL Structured Sales Call effectively
- Understand and report on competitor’s SWOT in order to improve business processes where it may be required
- Maintain a Sales dashboard reporting to keep track of Sales activities
- Execution in the delivery of Training modules in area of responsibility
- Train Sales Representatives on the selling points of HL product knowledge and how to merchandise products effectively
- Manage reporting employees’ performance and development through probation, performance management system of HL
Requisites
- Degree in Sales/Marketing with 5 – 8 years’ relevant experience in Sales which 2 years should be supervision level
- Valid Code B Driver's license (MUST)
- Experience and Knowledge of cold chain in FMCG environment will be an advantage
