Standard Bank is recruiting a Manager Payroll (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- The position is responsible for managing and driving the HCSS service offerings and strategy and the overall management of the Shared Services by ensuring operational excellence
- Core to this role is the ability to consult and work with various stakeholders within a changing environment and the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders whilst delivering effectively on the required service level agreements, whilst ensuring the effective management of risks and the adherence to applicable legislation and group governance
- From a leadership perspective, this role requires the incumbent to inspire, coach and develop staff and providing a supporting role to the HC Head in the delivery of the HC operating mode
Requisites
- NQF Level 7 qualification equivalent to a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource
- Post Graduate Diploma Human Resources and/or General Management in Shared Services/Payroll related fields example Accounting/Operations3 - 4 years General business process knowledge and understanding of the Shared Services/Payroll environment is required. Experience in risk management, change management experience and business design experience
- 5 - 7 years: HR generalist, HR transactional management and end to end Payroll administration including reconciliations and accounting is critical
- 5 - 7 years: Ability to perform accounting reconciliations, tax calculations, general knowledge of accounting theory and processes and applicable legislation
- 3 - 4 years: Recruitment Administration (procedures and logistics)
