NAMDIA is recruiting a Manager: Finance, Business and Project Optimization (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Manage & refine the FS&PO function in the context of Operations Support Management (OSM) and achieve optimal financial business outcomes, while ensuring superior Governance & Compliance in the context of the NAMDIA business model and the financial management functional and statutory requirements
Duties
- FS and BO input to governance, policies, Procedures and implementation effectiveness
- FS and BO Strategy, business planning inputs, operational planning effectiveness
- Annual Statements and Financial Reporting Effectiveness
- Business Projections and Analysis Services
- NAMDIA financial image integrity
- Financial Accounting systems and service effectiveness
- Procurement systems and Services effectiveness
- Optimization of Returns from Non-operating income
- Business Project Effectiveness
Requisites
- Honours Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related fields
- NQF Level 8
- Ten (10) years appropriate experience in this area of expertise of which at least six (6) years in a professional role and at least 2 years heading up support department.
