Agra is recruiting a Maintenance Technician, in Otjiwarongo, Namibia.
Duties
- The successful incumbent will be based in Otjiwarongo and report to the Branch Manager
- Rendering effective customer service:
- Tend to all customer queries
- Provide technical product advice to customers
- Create quotations/orders as per customer requests (e.g. special orders/requests)
- Ensure special orders are delivered to customers
- Handle customer claims (e.g. battery claims, etc.) and credit notes
- Staff management:
- Provide technical product advice and training to staff members assist with management and development of personnel
- Close interaction with Co-ordinator: Buying
- Conduct and assist in cycle counts and stock takes
- Proactively assist in the management of stock losses
Requisites
- Namibian citizenship
- A Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail related experience
- A valid Code 08 driver’s license
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy (MS Office & Sage X3)
- Product knowledge (agriculture, medicine, water, fencing, etc.)
